Coconut Rice


Basmati Rice -1 cup

Water -2 cup

Coconut milk-1cup

Salt- to taste

Onion-1(minced)

Butter-1 tbsp


Boil water. Cook rice in it for 5 min.

Add coconut Milk and salt and cook until the rice becomes dry

Heat butter season with minced onion and mustard seeds
